Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes:
Most orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 business days.
For larger or oversized items, shipping may require coordinated freight delivery, which can extend processing and shipping times to up to 10 business days.
While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery times are not guaranteed. In some cases, orders may take up to 14 days to arrive. If delays exceed this timeframe, we will notify you with next steps.
Orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Oversized (Freight) Deliveries:
Oversized items are shipped via freight carriers and require scheduled delivery.
- The carrier will contact you 1–2 business days prior to schedule delivery
- Tracking will be provided via carrier code and tracking number
- Delivery timeframes may vary, especially for remote areas
Shipping Restrictions:
Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States only.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes — a valid physical address is required
- We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping
- White glove delivery services are not available at this time
Delivery Responsibility:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If you’re unable to locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Confirming with neighbors or your building/mailroom
- Contacting the carrier for additional delivery details

Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and carrier transit time.
Orders begin processing once:
- Payment is approved
- Shipping address is verified
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during peak periods may experience longer processing times.
Order Cancellations
We strive to have all orders picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! With that in mind, once your order is placed, we are not able to cancel your order. Please see the return policy for additional information if a return is still needed.
Address Changes
Because your order is processed in real time, we are unable to assist with any address change requests. Once tracking details are sent to you via email, please reach out to the carrier to explore if delivery change options are available to you. Redirection fees may apply depending on the carrier.
